"Feng Shui principles are used all over the world"

Feng Shui (pronounced Fung Shway) has been around for over four thousand years.  Its original objective has always remained the same to assist individuals in creating environments that support their needs, desires and overall well-being.  The Feng Shui of our surroundings creates a set of opportunities for better or for worse, which ultimately determines and shapes the quality and directions of our lives.  The energy force (chi‘) that exists around us in our environment also exists within us.  It permeates and surrounds  all living things.  These are the principles that martial arts, Chinese medicine and acupuncture are built on. The strength of our health, our level of motivation, our ability to express ourselves, be creative, open our hearts, stimulate our intellect, generate money, attract relationships are all influenced by the inexplicable power of chi’.   The strength, the quality, and the balance of chi’ that exists within us is the most important factor that determines the quality of our life and the opportunities that we draw to us.  To harmoniously rebalance the Feng Shui in our lives, we first have to work on restoring the Feng Shui in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

Red Envelope Tradition

This is an ancient Chinese custom that is used on auspicious occasions and is associated with good luck. To offer Red Envelopes honors the tradition and legacy associated with Feng Shui. The color red is symbolic of power and protection. Our heart mind is now opening to more senses in the body and needs to integrate this new awareness. Nine or multiples of nine Red Envelopes are symbolic of completion and peak accomplishment–they act as talismans to magnetize positive energy. Place paper money or coins in each new envelope and visualize that good luck, good health and lots of protection will touch those involved. Money represents vitality; it anchors the consult in a tangible reality and gives the message to our senses that this is real. Nine Red Envelopes are given at the end of the consultation to the consultant along with the fee.    The consultation ends with a closing that involves the Red Envelopes.

A water feature greets you at the front door making you feel calm, relaxed and clear...

Anything is possible with Feng Shui; using only the personal features and beauty you want to see yourself surrounded by and connected with.

 Chi' or Ki

The assessment of the chi’ in your home, which we call the “Feng Shui of your home,” will give you all the information that you will need to make the proper adjustments to bring back into balance the things in your environment and in your life, that are out of the natural order of nature’s energy flow.  When you are out of balance with your environment, the same experiences can happen as when you are out of balance with your health and body, the disease process begins.

Finding a Consultant

When searching for the right fit, look for a Feng Shui Consultant that has been practicing and working with clients for at least five years or more. That way you know that she or he has experienced many things out in the field that are neccessary to assess all situations. Experience in Feng Shui is most important to give the client the best results for their home and workspaces as well as the resources to tackle the bigger projects if a team of sub contractors are needed. The Feng Shui Expert will choose her team wisely and intuitively for the success of the project and oversee it to make sure it is completed in a timely manner. Interview questions on the phone might consist of:

1. How long have you been working with clients?

2. What are some of their experiences with Feng Shui?

3. What style do you practice? (Better to embrace all schools of thought)
